Robert Blankinship joined NAI Robert Lynn in June of 2008 as Market Director of the Trinity/Brookhollow submarket. Robert is known for his professional and dedicated work ethic, as well as the thorough market knowledge he provides to his clients. He personally tracks every tenant, owner, available space, and real estate transaction in his market. He puts his expertise and market knowledge to work for both Tenants and Landlords giving his clients an edge to minimize costs and maximize returns.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Robert worked for Wilkerson Properties, Inc. in Lubbock, TX. While in Lubbock, Robert was responsible for the leasing, management, and disposal of over 4million s.f. of commercial property. In his first 3 years Robert generated $11million in sales transactions, managed 3million s.f., and leased over 200,000s.f. Having grown up in Dallas, Robert served as acquisitions manager for Wilkerson Properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As acquisitions manager, Robert sought industrial value-add assets.

Since joining NAI Robert Lynn, Robert has completed over 250 transactions totaling 8,822,000 square feet and $40,8520,200 in total transaction volume.
